easily print
print so it's nicely formatted (ok, like alex's format) all on 1 page (landscape mode) - either to powerpoint in a nicer layout or a pdf file

How to model multi-sided models - facilitating connection between two or more customers?
What is the best way to model multi-sided or platform-based business models that are creating value by facilitating connection between two or more customers?
Examples would be social networks, dating venues, banking, and operative systems.
Perhaps, this would require the tool to support two different customer segments to connect via the platform i.e. key resources or value proposition?
Great work Boris. I look forward to using it.

export graphical view of links
displaying the links between elements is for now a bit tricky. Please add an explicit export of the overview of business model elements and their respective links.

allow multiple users to edit same canvas
This does not mean that real-time collaborative editing is required, as that might be quite difficult to implement. But if users could take turns editing the same canvas, that would be good.

Currently you can already add another user with editor rights, which allows for collaborative editing with some caveats:
- Page has to be manually refreshed to see edits from the other person.
- Overwrite changes if working on same objects.
- There is no way to see who made which edit.Steps to add another user as editor or viewer:
- In design mode click on the title of the business model
- In the appropriate field type the username of the user to add
- Add the user to give him the rights on the model.By wanting a take turn approach what information would you expect? Who did what? Changelog? Comments with user identified?
Thanks for the suggestions

"show related items in graphical form"
"It would be interesting to have an option to see related elements are graphically with arrows drawn on the business model"

There is already somewhat such a feature. In edit mode you can drag and drop an element over another element from a different category/block this creates a relation. Relations are displayed in the report or as text when hovering over an element in view mode. Also double clicking any element with relationships will draw them as lines starting from this element.
As for now there is no direction (arrow) or possibility to display all relationships of all the element at once.
Any suggestions of usability or functionality are welcome.

Heeeeelp!
Keep it simple - focus on the essential. Cut functionality to about 1/3 of the present and make an introduction video to help users get started. Watch video on www.passwordstar.com for inspiration.

preset colours for elements
I like the feature where elemenst that are apploicable to two layers are shown in the mix of colours of those layers. Unfortunately it was a bit hard to select colours that allowed the mix to come through as a mix, if you see what I mean. Maybe you can preset the colours for say the first three layers?

Preset colours are a feature under review. If you have color which fit well please indicate the url to the model containing them.

Additional help on each component.
There is a single sentence description of each major component which is very helpful. It would be good to go further and point to some additional documentation describing common examples. E.g. for Customer Relatinshiops, you would see Mass Customization, Online profile, LockIn,
